I had the incredible privilege of serving as the Creative Director at Kraken, where I led a dynamic team and spearheaded transformative initiatives in brand strategy, animation/video, storytelling, and advertising. Initially hired as Design Lead and was promoted to Creative Director in 2020. Hired and managed dozens of designers, writers and animators. Worked in tandem with internal team as well as 3rd parties + agencies. Contributed to driving significant brand growth and implementing sustainable processes to ensure continued success. Key member of Marketing leadership team, leading a multitude of projects and building hundreds of decks.
